Barry, Joe and Jeff,
April 4th was the one-year anniversary of closing on our home on Hawkes Trail. We just wanted you all to know that we are as excited and happy now as we were that day.
We had heard the "horror stories" about building a house so we were apprehensive to say the least. From our first contact with Jeff through the months of planning, we were pleasantly surprised and actually had fun in the whole process.
Barry, you impressed us with being punctual for scheduled meetings and for really listening to our ideas. You were always accessible and followed through on promises made. We also appreciated that you were visibly on the job site a lot so we felt you were current on progress as well as problems. Bottom-line, we felt we could trust you as a man of your word.
Joe, your awareness of detail is incredible and we felt you gave our home
the same attention you would give your own. You were quick to communicate
information that we needed and made sure so many things were coordinated to
close on time.
Also, your quick response to our recent repair list speaks to the quality
of your customer service.
Jeff, we came to you knowing very little about the whole process. You were kind and patient about guiding us through all those decisions. We appreciated that you didn't pressure us when we weren't sure. 'You were an important part of making this all "painless."
Everyone who has visited us has loved our home and appreciated the craftsmanship that is evident. We have sung your praises to many. We would build all over again only if it was with Barone Homes. Thanks again to all.
